Meet the Doctors

Niki Bolorchi | California Dental AnesthesiaDr. Boloorchi is a graduate from Loma Linda University’s Dental Anesthesiology program, a two year hospital based Anesthesiology program. Her medical training included Loma Linda University Medical Center, a trauma facility with sixteen operating rooms, and Riverside County Medical Center. She also received further specialized training at the Special Care Dentistry Clinic at the Loma Linda School of Dentistry, which sees nearly five thousand patients annually, primarily comprised of pediatric and adult special needs patients. Prior to her training as an anesthesiologist, she obtained her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her doctoral degree from USC School of Dentistry.

After graduating, Dr Boloorchi began her private practice in Southern California and worked as the Director of Anesthesia of a dental surgery center. She has currently relocated to Walnut Creek, and is providing dental anesthesiology for both adults and children throughout the bay area. Her mission is to create a safe and comfortable experience for the patient while allowing the dentist to perform quality dental work in an efficient manner.

Dr. Boloorchi is a proud member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Contra Costa Dental Society, Marin County Dental Society, American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologist, and the International Anesthesia Research Society. She is committed to continuing education and advancing the field of dentistry in all aspects and has lectured at Loma Linda’s Annual Continuing Education Program. She currently holds certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Rees Ivan

Dr. Ivan Rees is a California native who received advanced training in dental anesthesiology from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.  His training included providing sedation and general anesthesia to children and adults in both hospital and outpatient surgical facilities.  His prior education includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Riverside and his doctorate from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.  Dr. Rees also trained for two years providing general dental care and hospital dentistry at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY.

Dr. Rees currently resides in southern California where he provides anesthesia services to both pediatric and general dental offices.  He is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the International Anesthesia Research Society, the California Dental Association, the Tri-County Dental Society, and the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists.  He is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.”
